Throughout life, I have developed a pretty special understanding of spirituality that is close to my heart. By the grace of God, I was able to reflect on it through yogic practices, prayers, and personal devotion, which I keep sacred in my heart.

There were times when I wanted to renounce social life and dedicate myself solely to the practice of yoga. Over time, I came to understand that the Middle Way, with the practice of Ahimsa, is what serves me best and is what I am happy to share with others. This world has so much to offer, and I genuinely believe that we are blessed to have been given the chance to be born on this planet and experience all the karmic events that come with it. To me, this is heaven on earth.

I was introduced to Christianity from my childhood.

Since the age of 16, my life took a spin, and I had to learn to be an adult. And that was the time when I started exploring philosophy and theosophy, and began to wonder about the meaning of life. I was influenced by Immanuel Kant, Carlos Castaneda, Vadim Zeland, and other philosophers.

By personal choice, I started exploring Buddhism at the age of 18. That was also the time when I discovered yoga and was initiated into the tradition under the name Shobha. Since then, I’ve been practicing yoga for 16+ years.

I have a big Thank You to say to my gurus and mentors, who influenced my mindset, including Surya Das, Andrey Maksimenko, my dear friend Konstantin Revenko, and Sri Dharma Mittra.

In New York City, I became certified as a yoga instructor with Dharma Yoga Center, under the guidance of the master of yoga, Sri Dharma Mittra himself.

I used to teach yoga at Dharma Yoga Center in NYC, as well as at various private locations.

I can offer assistance with meditations, one-on-one energetic healing, and coaching sessions. Inner freedom and liberation hold great significance for me. It would be my most incredible honor to help and guide others along the way.

Our leading Guru is constantly dwelling in our heart. And so, as life is, it is a journey to ourselves.

Thanks for allowing me to share my thoughts here.
