Alina Kuderska is an experienced fashion designer, educator, entrepreneur, and holistic wellness practitioner based in New York City. As the head designer and founder of Sparkies, an American adaptive fashion brand, Alina has been dedicated to creating stylish, inclusive designs that empower individuals of all abilities.

She also contributes to the industry as an educator, sharing her expertise through teaching engagements at the Fashion Institute of Technology as an adjunct professor.

With over a decade of experience in the New York fashion industry, Alina has held roles ranging from apparel and textile designer to quality control and product development manager. She is adept at overseeing all aspects of the design-to-production cycle—merging creative vision with technical precision.

A lifelong learner, Alina completed her fashion studies at the Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, and also holds dual degrees in International Economic Relations and Finance from Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.

In addition to her design work, Alina provides personal and business coaching, specializing in mentorship for fashion design professionals and aspiring founders. Currently, Alina mentors Tara for Women and PCV.

She also practices and teaches yoga and meditation, integrating wellness into her creative and leadership approach.

In summer 2025, she published her book, Esoterica. The Path. From the mechanics of karma in relationships to the power of forgiveness, from the illusion of separation to the sacredness of the present moment, Esoterica explores how we remember who we truly are. The book is available in digital format on Kindle and in paperback on Amazon.com
