Alina Kuderska is a seasoned fashion designer, entrepreneur, and holistic wellness practitioner based in New York City. As the founder of Sparkies, an American adaptive fashion brand, Alina is dedicated to creating stylish, inclusive designs that empower individuals of all abilities.

With over a decade of experience in the New York fashion industry, Alina has held roles ranging from textile designer and quality control inspector to product and production manager. She is adept at overseeing all aspects of the design-to-production cycle—merging creative vision with technical precision.

A lifelong learner, Alina holds dual degrees in International Economic Relations and Finance from ZNTU (a leading university in Ukraine), and earned her fashion credentials through study at both Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

In addition to her design work, Alina provides personal and business coaching, specializing in mentorship for aspiring founders and professionals launching their businesses. She also practices and teaches yoga and meditation, integrating wellness into her creative and leadership approach.
